Hi, player ratings are what makes your team better regardless of the ages of the players.
However, young players develop and improve faster than older players.

Your slot 2 still is available and can be accessed whenever you want. Yes, you have the option to resign from slot 2 if you want to but after your first game has been played though, but note that the resignation will be added to your profile plus you won't be able to re-join that same league again if you regret your decision in future. And yes, you can keep using your slot one as long as you like. Teams after teams, season in season out.

It has been asked many times and the awnser is still the same.
They are planning to bring it back, but no time frame will be given for the return of it.

Hi, you can only buy players from your league by making offers to the team the player plays for regardless if the team is managed by the computer or human managers.
But for buying players outside the league you can use the scout or the transfer list.

If you can not use training camp then the league you are playing doesn't allow this option(tc). You can ask your mod about it.

Wining games...nothing else...make a good team with transfers, use the scout to bring and buy good players, find good tactics for your team, upgrade stadium (pitch..) to gain more power...everything else you will find it yourself playing games against other managers...good luck...

OSM don't give "information" or "suggestions".....when and if if this league is introduced to OSM all managers will be notified via News and Updates topics....

Pay more attention to the ratings of the player you want and you will finally get what you want...

Nowadays not many teams have many players playing, from their local or nearby villages...and if some manager have the time and the coins to invest in his/her team that is something he decides...trying to make better your team is something that happens to real life....and of course you can always make your own league, don't let other managers to join and play making no other transfers...
