What did you mean to say on that sentence? I bolded it for you. What exactly did this manager do before he got locked up? 100 what?
Anyways... No matter what he did with illegal transfers he got punished for playing unfairly and against the OSM terms of Use.
But unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the team he left behind him. That's why it's important for all of us to monitor our own league's TL and if we trace potential cheating to file a cheat report asap.

Hello mate...the performance of your players will increase, when you take a training camp....and if you first take a secret training,before the tc, the opposite player can not see if you took a tc or not....

If GB decides that's time to add a forum they will do it, furthermore it's never decided upon the number of times that any manager asks for it. I was also informed that you have gotten your answer in the past and in fact several times before today ( i.e. https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/8725/azerbaijan-forum-and-language ).

I'm sorry but I have to lock this topic now.
Nothing more for us Mods to do or add on this matter.

It was Gamebasics decision not to introduce Kosovo league (yet) to the game and when/if they decide otherwise every manager will be updated on the League Update forum.

Who knows? Maybe one day, it'll be on OSM among other leagues... maybe they just dont have enough valid informations to complete whole league, but we are all gonna updated, as i mentioned before.

I'm neither a politician nor a lawyer ( and I suppose same goes for every manager who posted in here ) and I do believe that when the right time comes the Kosovo league will be added for all of us on OSM.
But till then I need to remind you all that this is a football gamesite's forum .
It's not a World News forum neither a political one.
It's a forum that is supposed to bring people together due to the common love over football.
It's supposed to bring fun and joy to all forumers . So please guys try to leave the real life issues out of this place.

Builder achievement is about >> Fully expand your stadium...you don't need coins for that, unless you want to do it in sort time...very quickly....if you take a team at preparation days,with many matchdays, then you will be able to complete the stadium till the end of season....
