I cannot select any team in any league in my empty slot

Please help i cannot pick any team in my empty slot because whenever i select a league, all the teams are taken and it says i must pay 200 coins to manage any team selected, i am not exaggerating all teams are taken? that's impossible and this thing is presistent from yesterday night and haven't changed till now please help!
