Hello,
Since a few days I received an new phone (iPhone 11), but unfortunately I cannot log into OSM.
I also sent a message to the support team but after a few questions I didn't received any answer from the support team.
So at this moment i'm stuck with my account. The error message I receive: 'Username and/or password incorrect'.
But I can login with safari on the same device or on another browser with the same credentials on my computer.
I tried to change my password but even the default password (the one you get back from OSM) won't even work.
Maybe it has something to do with gamecenter? I don't know..Somebody can help me with this issue?

I'm sorry my friend but there is not much we can do via the forums to help you.
You have to try to contact via a mail with any of the two support team emails , since you have a Dutch account.

Have you checked on the junk or spam files too? -
@Michael-Kelso_NL Niek ? Are you maybe trying to login to the OSM World version with the credentials of your Dutch version's account?

Hi There,
Jeah just got an response from Silvester and it fixed my issue.
My iPhone is configured in english so I think it automatically selected the world.
So in settings -> OSM -> Region -> Changed it to dutch and it worked again.Thanks for fast response!
