    If you have a home and away match, then you will play the home match at your own stadium. Only the final match of the Winners Cup is played at neutral ground.

    Hi there,

    Then you are probably tryin to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that operate seperately from each other. You can have an account on both versions, but they only work on the version that the account was created on.

    On iOS you can switch the region from the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone.
    On Android you can switch the region on the login page of the OSM app.

    If the username/password is incorrect, then that means you are trying to login on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that act independently from each other.     To login to the Dutch version you will have to switch the region. On Android you can do that on the login page of the OSM app.

    This was because he transfered to Sevilla after the last update was made to the Champions Cup league on OSM. That's why he was missing. They have now added him to the Sevilla team, but this will only be in effect for leagues that are created from today onwards.

    Hi there,

    When you place them on the bench they could still be substituted later in the match. If that happens they won't get their fitness back to full.

    If it happens again make sure to check if they weren't substitued. If they weren't then report it again and make sure to add some screenshots.

    Some general info about these Bosscoins packages:

    Which ads do they remove:

    The banner at the top of your screen

    Which ads they don't remove:

    Watching a video for Club Funds, Bosscoins or to reduce certain timers

    If you are refering to the OSM app, then you probably clicked the orange 'continue +more button' after your match had been played. This button will let you watch the first of the three ads in the Finance page to receive extra Club Funds and Bosscoins. If you do not want to watch those ads, then you need to click the dark blue 'continue' button, which is directly above that orange button.

    Hi there,

    Please be aware that Bosscoins only 'dissapear' if you use them, unless you obtained the Bosscoins in an illegal way. So you most likely have spend them on something. Most common 'coin spender' is buying a player using Club Fund Compensation (spending extra Bosscoins to buy the player). Below a certain amount of Bosscoins you won't receive a confirmation button.

    Also be aware that knowing where you spend your Bosscoins on is your own responsibility. If you want to know where you spend the Bosscoins on, you can try contacting our customer support through the below link.
