Email change impossible

I tried to change my email since the one I have now doesn't work anymore and wanted to switch but whenever I would press update email I nothing would happen I just came back to the little window where I'm supposed to write in my new email. The reason I need my email is because I'm reporting an obvious cheater but I needed to activate it throug my mail.
