Create My Own Custom Team

Hi,
To whoever is reading this I remember that I was able to create my very own custom team, But in order to do so I had to go to the menu where you choose your new team and if your scroll right to the bottom and you will find the icon to create your own team, I was wanting to know if you or anyone else has done away with it or if it is still there because I cannot find it, Thanks in Advance and look forward to hearing for you.

Your talking about the fantasy league, that not there anymore for now.
It will be back someday but we can't give any time frame for it.
