2 Red Cards?

I suggest to only give 1 red card to a player who commits a foul rather than 2. Sometimes I press appeal, and then appeal immediately for some boss coins, but I get confused when I still see a red card but it says 'already appealed'.

If you would only give one red card, then the lawyer would be useless.
Because you have to sit the 1 red card out anyway.

Any thoughts about that one?
