Scouting System

Are we ever going to get a change in the scouting system? I am trying to compete in every nation, so would like players that at least speak the same language as the original players of the team. Ideas for new scout... Nation to scout in, nationality & specific position.

Maybe we have scouting by nation or by name...this suggestion is made before...we will see how it goes in future upgrades of the system...
