Bug step-by-step Description: since last website update (new flags, new design,...) website is slower than before, even on highrated smartphone. It happens mostly when you open a pop-up (chat, match report,...) with new design

The more detailed the report we get the faster it gets fixed. Just keep in mind that during a weekend the game developers are not working.
So we need to file your report completed and accurate to save time .

Does your question mean that there was no improvement at all on your phone`s browser? Cause your malfunction was reported by me 12 days ago and I expected everything was back to normal by now. Please next time you face any problem or bug you should post your status if you see no change after 3 or 4 days tops.
Now, I need you to tell me a few things mate.- Do you use always and only your phone browser or do you use a pc / laptop browser too for your OSM loggins?
- Have you tried the OSM app to loggin ? If you do use it, could you please go to your playstore and download the latest version of the app ( version : 3.2.16.1 )?
- Most important: Could you please try to clean up all of your history, cookies and cache from your browsers ( phone and pc if you use them both ).
- And last request : If you use any ad blocker for your web version , could you please disable it from your OSM page?
Simone the devvers have done all the tests and found no bug dear.
Maybe it's an issue on your phone, since graphics are a bit heavier and it takes longer for your phone to show them?
Furthermore, Web version is mainly to be played on computers/laptops. For the Android phones the OSM app is the ideal platform to use. So please check out your phone`s functions , free memory carefully and follow the above instructions.

I use PC too. In PC all is o.k. and it's not so slow.

I use app too. But many things on app there aren't (forums,...)

So, graphics are heavier than previous ones? Because the problem there is since new graphics were released.
My phone is Asus Zenfone 3...it was released 5/6 months ago..don't think it's a phone issue.

Nevertheless, I did get a confirmation again today that your issue has nothing to do with the OSM function and also that we had no other manager complaining about the same issue so far.
Thus there is nothing else we can do about your phone's browser speed and since you have got a new model in your hands ( and sometimes new models do come with malfunctions and glitches ) I can only advise you to do a research on the internet about your new device and find out if others that bought it had any similar problems to yours or maybe visit the store that you bought it from and ask them for a service or feedback and solutions. That's all I have to say my friend and I'm sorry but it's not in our hands to help you and I have to close this topic now.
Best of luck Simone . :thumbsup_tone2:P.S. I also use my Android phone many times a day, both app and browser and I had no problems at all with speed and it does work quite "smart" ... as long as I'm close to a strong signal from a wifi.
