Choosing club problem!

I have opened another topic about this problem 10 days ago or more but the topic was closed, and a moderator contacted me in private message and he said that this problem will be fixed soon.. but noone gave a solution to the problem i have!
I have a free slot to choose a new club , but when i try to choose a new club, there is a message: "An error has occurred". http://prnt.sc/eonf0a in this link you have a screenshot where you can see the problem i have!
