Im new on the game so I would like to know if there is a way to kick the inactive players with the purpose to find active players to join this clubs

There's only one way for a manager to remove other managers from a league. That's if he is the creator of this league and legal Moderator. And again managers can be kicked out only after 3 days of inactivity, no logins that is.
