I bought 1.125 point in the osm app to scout some players. I did recieve the bill, but not the points. How van this be fixed?

Sometimes there could be a litle bit of delay in receiving them (boss coins), so the first step is to give it some time.
If you still didn't get them after waiting, then please contact the payment provider.
