So these two guys (or one) have been hitting up quite well. I reported them thrice to no avail. This game is seriously losing credibility.

I'm really sorry, but as you probably know it already, no case of cheating is to be discussed on a public forum. You might say or think that an x manager is guilty of cheating but until that is checked and proved by a Staff you have no right at all to accuse on the open forum a certain member of the OSM community for such a serious matter !
