Manager points not claimed

I still don't know why this game has annoying bugs. In the Egyptian league, I finished the season winning both the league and the cup and got up to 4000+ manager points. That was on Friday. Now the game slot cleared on Saturday and my ranking was still the same. Manager points increases your ranking but it's not always so in my case. Most times I don't claim my manager points. It's not fair at all. Now I have won both the league and the cup in Morocco and the game slot will clear tonight. As usual I will expect not to claim my 4000+ manager points and still tumble down the rankings. Please do something about this. Or is there any other way manager points are being claimed that I don't know? Please I need answers cos I've had enough of this manager points issue.
