WHAT IS CREW RANKING ANYWAY?
AND WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PLAY 30 MATHES BEFORE JOINING A CREW RANKING?
OSM CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME WHY?

Crew ranking is the average manager points of a crew (I.e. The sum total manager points of all crew members in a crew divided by the total amount of managers in the crew). And is used to rank all crews in OSM from the most average manager points to the least average manager points of all crews.
The rule of playing 30 matches across all accounts (club slots) is to have a little experience of the game first before joining a crew.
