I tried 3 times hire a player from a team of my championship offering the maximum possible amount of money and all the proposes were refused by the team.
It's important to mention that the it's the computer not a human player.
Can I solve this?

Hi, the computer decides which offer to accept or reject just as human managers also decide which offer they accept, reject or negotiate regardless of how much a team/manager makes for a player. So even at maximum price the computer/manager can still chose to decline an offer.
