Transfers are disabled in Jupiler pro league (Belgium)

I started a new season in Belgium and transfers are not possible. It basicly says "transfers are disabled in this competition" How come? This is a regular league? Grtz Orlando69

Could you please tell us which league you've played before this one? -
Ah yes i have played in all stars competition or something with al the legendary national teams and all players the same age, and yes the transfers were disabled in that competion.

@Orlando69_NL Okay, that's the problem it automatically took over the settings from that league.
In this case it needs to be enabled manually, I will forward it for you.
