Problem with S2 account

I could not start a new season with my S2, because I'll get this error Cannot read property 'id' of null
What should I do?

First I want to remind you that your here on world forums and the only language we use here is English, so in this case I've translated it for you.
We only use the term slots those days, slot 1, slot 2 etc.
So on which Slot do you get that error or do you get the error on all accounts?
Do you get the error using website, app or both?

the problem is with slot 3, the problem is on the web and app.
just made a new comp. with slot 4 so the problem only happens with slot 3.
