Fake user?

I would like to know - if possible - about user ***, who has 3 locked accounts, his carreer began tonight about 21 hour with a training camp. Its no problem, but a little strange.

Hi, how would/can you know a manager who supposedly has 3 locked accounts?
If you suspect cheating of any kind it's best to report it via the cheat report tool that can be found on the manager's profile because it will never be discussed on the forums.
