Can't pick a team because all clubs are "already have a manager"

So I've been experiencing that I'm sure it's a bug, I can't pick any team on any available league because those clubs "already have a manager" I've been playing OSM since 2014 so I know something is wrong about this happening. I have tried on mobile and on pc, both still don't make any difference. Somebody help me please, I want to back in the game baby

same problem here used different platforms pc, mobile phone and ipad still the same problem i have 3 different teams in different leagues and trying to take manage of another team in different league im tired of this
