      Hello...
      Yesterday (arround 10 am in Portugal) i tried to 'charge' my account with 170BC (2.1€ via Mobile), but after i sent the message and the 'app' charge me my money, the BC never have shown in my account...
      I even received the 'thank you for using.....' message, but no money was added to my account.
      Please help me.
