Doesn't work like that I'm afraid. You can't stay with the club you have been managing once the competition is done and everything starts over again. You can chose the same team the next season, but all player values and transfers will be reset.

Hi, like the above, no, you won't since OSM is a one season game and everything resets after the season ends. But you can play the 'European Champions A/B' league which is made up of teams in the champions league .
