How to pick a new team without buying it?
And is there a current date (time) to find it available and free?

Hi,- If you want to pick a new team, from your career page, click on the slot you wish to use. Select the country/league you want to play and pick from the available teams left in league.
- There isn't any specific date or time when you can pick a particular team. Like above if you don't want to buy a team and don't want to create your own league, then you have to pick from the current available teams in the league at that moment.
