Server maintenance does NOT delay the start of matches?

Earlier today I was unable to access OSM from any device I use (three different ones).
I was sure the round would be postponed.
But right now, for three of my clubs "match is in play".
Why aren't matches delayed if players are unable to select their tactics, lineups, etc???? -
The "server maintenance" period lasted over 2 hours, including the time the matches start (8 PM CEST).

Hi, unfortunately, this is because the maintenance does not affect the server simulations.
