No body answering on the support email
I have sent many emails since 5 days and I get nothing

@momo-light This is the last time, I want to see any new topic about this issue from you on support forum.
You claim to have no multi accounts, but at the same time you're telling us now that you're losing games, which means that you are definately have more accounts.
So it's now time to stop playing us like a fool and remove this account and wait for a respons by email, before both accounts will be locked.
