Training problem

I have a problem thats been going on for few days about my midfield training. When I go in the app or on the site its showing that I dont have a player in training at the moment, but when I try to select a new one I get a message that my coach is already at work, and when I try to use a player for the line up I get a message that he is in training, so for a few days I cant train any of midfield players or use that specific player. Can you help me with this one?
