I created a new account verified its gmail and right now I am trying to create a new league so that I can play with my friends
at school but the option to create a new league doesnt show up even though I choose I country and get inside the teams menu -

Hi,
First, read our OSM terms then you'll find on point 2 that having/creating more than one OSM account is not allowed.
New managers can't create a new league.
