Hi,

Do friendlies upgrade my players like training?
What do i get from friendlies?

yes they do, some players will be upgraded.

but it is also possible that they will get injurged,

no it's impossible they get injuried in friendlies.
3 or 4 players can improve, more friendlies you do less percentage they grow
