There is too big difference between normal game and friendlies.Just look:

http://prntscr.com/icowi8Both played in the very same date (in less of 8 hours) with same players, formations, tactics, etc.
But results are 0:1 and 6:0 ?! In real life that's impossible! So it should be the same in OSM too.
So I strongly suggest that your programmers do a much better job about similiar thing in future.p.s. By the way, just to mention, I don't have any idea how I played the first of these two games (Cup final) without more then half of my best players?! Check this bug, too.

Yes, why this should not be possible.
You also not see all the details of oponents tactics, so you can not tell for sure that he didn't changed something on his tactics.Bugs needs to be reported using the template from important-info-please-read topic with screenshots and step with step description.
