Moderator tools don't work!

Hi, I've been trying to setup my new leage in moderator tools, but cannot access it. All I get is a message that states: " Oops
first:No element satisfies the condition."
This has been going on for two days now and I am nearing the end of my league and wish to continue and set up another for less coins.Please address this issue at your leisure...
PS: I'm playing the game on PC and have tried it on Chrome and IE.

Could you please provide us a full screenshot of the error? (manager name must be vissible on the screen)Also provide us country you want to go too next season,team and if you want any of the advanced settings turnt off.

Country is England, team is Liverpool, normal settings... Thanks a lot for all the help.

Hope they fix it soon, new season starts in less than two days. I would hate to lose my league streak, it's been going on for a while now...
