Players on transferlist have way too high rating

The season has yet to start and there are some freshly scouted players on the transferlist who have WAY higher rating than their actual rating. Perisic has 98, Vecino has 100 - 100, and so on. These players are not bought and improved through training.

Some players has been trained on the team they are playing..that's why theirs ratings are higher than normal....
