It shows that the manager slots are locked.

Please help, It shows my slots are locked and these remains the same even after waiting for so many days.

Before anything else, please start with a log out , then try a good clean up of your browsers (pc, laptop, phone) and OSM app from cache, temporary data and cookies.
After that, re - loggin and let us know if the problem insists or is fixed. -
@supernova-8 Sorry, but nothing is working out. I've tried this steps but it doesnt makes any difference.

This is what I see from your profile 's Slots page
So if you have done a proper clean up of your iPhone and apps and you are positive you are using the latest version of the OSM app... Then we need you to fill in and post a bug report.
