Advanced tools issue on moderating league

Hi,
I have faced a problem while creating a league, actually the league was created but some advanced tools options that i choice before starting league seems are not applied in the league.
League's country is England and the name is Z League, is just the first day of pre-opening season.
I thought that i locked the option to going on Training Camps (Training camps tool), disallowed compensation for Club Funds (Club Funds compensations) and disallowed instantly finishing timers.(Timers tools), but after the creation i realized that all these options are open and no restriction on that. Probably, I did it accidentally.
So my question is how can I change these advanced tools while we are in preseason stage, or if you administrators can do it automatically from your side.

It's not possible to change the advanced tool once you already created the league. You should be more careful next time mate.
