Did a survey, took hours to finish and received nothing.

I used my iPhone to do the survey of Lords Mobile to win boss coins. I had never played before, as required by the survey. After going through tedious stuff to get all the buildings and researches needed to attack a Level 2 monster, I did so. After that I waited an hour and nothing. No boss coins.
Could you help me out with this? -
