Will scouted players end up on the transfer list?

Hello,

I recently joined a competition that already started for a couple of days. I am trying to build up my team, by scouting, but I don't want to spend 15 boss coins every time I find a player, to sell him a couple of seconds later.

Therefor my question, when players are being scouted and I am not buying them, will they end up on the transfer list? I know this was how it worked before the large update, but I'm not sure that it still works like this.

NO, scouted players are not end up on the transfer list....only the manager who scouted them , can see them and buy them or not...
