I was the league moderator of a private league, and then I left it and now I'm friend wants to join the league, but the league is still private and it still shows me "S1" as the moderator, but I don't have access to the league anymore.
Can you guys help? please

I'm sorry but there's nothing that can be done about that.
You resigned from league which also means you've lost access to the league.
No one will be able to join that league anymore since it's private.
