hy how do i bid for players who play in other leagues who are not in the transfer list

It's not possible to bid on players on other leagues.
The only option you'll have is to use the scout.

k thanx , do i have to wait 4 results or i ddnt set the settingz wel coz on friendlies i can see wen its halftime bt on league games i cnt do anythin even subs
