How can I manage a top-tier team?

Over the past few days I've been looking through all competitions and all I see is manage this club for 200 boss coins.
Is this the only way to manage a top-tier team? And will it be from preperation-day 4?

Hi,
No! This isn't the only way. If you search really hard you can find a team with high objective like G1, 3 and 4 only that it's difficult since lots of managers tend to pick these top teams.
You can also create your own league and have the opportunity to pick any team you want and of course you can as well pay 200 coins to pick a team that have been picked (making the the team available for yourself).As a new user you're more likely to find leagues on prep day 4 but if you create your own league and enable prep days you'll begin from prep day 1.
