OSM Private League

So, I purchased a private League (spent £5), the season is now over. In the moderator tools, it allows me to choose next season and a club, but needs 192 coins for confirmation.
Does this mean that I have to spend more money for another private league?

Yes. For continueing your league you will also have to pay Bosscoins. Although the amount of Bosscoins you need to pay for continueing your league is much lower than creating a new league.
