Didn‘t get Bosscoins

I just went for buying some Bosscoins in the shop. I had to pay 5,29€ or something like this. Hours later I got the bill on my phone sent by apple. But my problem is, that the Bosscoins didn‘t came to my account, even if i‘ve paid the Money...
