@cagediton This should adjusted to how defensive or attacking your tactics are. If you plan on parking the bus you should not want to apply a lot of pressure.

@tony-alvera as it happens a late switch to 4 4 2 B by Demark v Switzerland meant I got to play 3 4 3 v 4 4 2 B v a manager not CPU. Here are the stats -

How to beat a 4-3-3 B WP with 165 mill. and my team has 69 mil with strong defenders and three forwards and medium midfielders. I am thinking for 4-2-3-1 defensive with zonal marking. What do you suggest?

@alexandrujohn 5-3-1-1 Counter Attack. Attack support mid/mid support defense/defense defend deep. 30/25/79. Just set your players on the right position and you are good to go

Hey guys, I really need your help please.
I am new to OSM so I don't have that much of knowledge on formations and tactics but I am learning. Anyway, I am confident to say that I have the best team in the league but I am struggling against strong teams especially if they were using 433. For example, last game my opponent played 433wp and I decided to use 442b passing game + play possession. It was a long game really, we played until we reached the penalties shoot outs and I won. I am happy that I won but I was excepting a better performance from my team since I have a better team than his. I checked the statistics of the game and my opponent was controlling the game way over me. Another example, one game that I loss I used 451 sos and my opponent used 433wp and I lost. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. For the sliders, I change it according to the formation and tactic I am using, but mostly I choose close down opposition and quick passing and offensive style unless I am using 451 or 442, then I go with something else. I am not sure if I am doing it right or not, I could be messing it up for all I know. So please any help or advice would be appreciated.

@insane_77 , @sergiu-il is right, I have qualified with a small team as Apollon Smyrnis against Olympiacos at Greek cup.
