French and Portuguese First Leagues

These leagues were updated tonight but their teams and squads are still same.When they will be totally updated?

Yes,I always follow the League Updates page but the teams and the squads are not changed.For example,in 2017-2018 season,Metz and Troyes were playing in French First League and know, they are in both French First League and Second League.Also,the portuguese teams are still the same with non-relegated teams.Please,could some knowledgeable people give respond?

Obviously first league of France were updated but not the second league...that's why some players seems to be on both leagues....everything will be in correct place when all leagues will be updated....but if you see that in a league after the update to have some trouble, please report it, filling the bug template....
