Somebody joined my private league without invitation

I've just finished a season in my league, and decided to continue it, but as a private league. The new season started, and somebody just joined a few hours ago. Is this possible, or I've just found a bug?

Yes that's possible, users from the season before are able to join without invitation if you continue the league.
