Reactivate Guest Account

How can a friend of mine get access on his account? He only had a guest account without being connected with Facebook or anything else. He accidentally removed the app from his android phone and just installed it again but he has no idea how to get connected to his old account. His Manager Name is Alex Kran.

Let your friend to send a mail to En.support@onlinesoccermanager.com with a clear description of the issue in English. Also don't forget to include his manager name in the mail.
