How long does it take to sort out the cheaters?

I have reported a manager for clear and blatant cheating. He has multiple accounts and selling on the cheap to "his" team that he wants to do well in. 3 days have passed since I reported and he still transferring players at everyone's disadvantage. I really hope he is kicked out for the likes of the real players that just enjoy how it is.
So come on OSM get it sorted before too late or I could actually quit this game I have so loved over the years.
