One question about training camp: can other managers see that you have planned a training camp if you FIRST set the training camp and SECOND the secret training. Must you first set the secret training so that the opponnent get no notice?

Yes, if you set tc before the secret training then the oponent will receive a notification.
So you'll need to set secret training first.
