Starting league

I start to say that I am a fan of Arsenal, and I really wanted to play with the arsenal in the league, but every time I try to get into a league, Arsenal has already been chosen, or when I choose the league, the player who had Arsenal before me sold all the players and put the arsenal in last place, can someone give me some tips on how to get into a league that is starting from the beggining and how to get a strong team like Arsenal.

Create your league and choose Arsenal. Everything else is a lottery. You can track simulations ending time, and go scout for open leagues.

Thanks....creating your own league can give you the chance of getting the team you want...otherwise, you have to search and pray to be lucky....
