Reword not received from business club

I recently posted this here:
"Hello. I have completed a quest for the game "Lords Mobile" to attack a level 2 monster. I accepted to do the quest on the weekend and the reword was around 1500 osm coins (i don't remeber the exact value). I talked to the support from Lord Mobile and they said I have to talk to the offer provider. Can you help me?
and I received this answer:
If you read Common-question topic you'll find your answer."
Sorry, but I didn't find a answer for my question there. I spent a lot of time for that reword and this and the support is really unfair. If you can respect me and give me a real answer please do so, if not then just tell me you don't care.

Hi and sorry for your troubles on getting the reward, but as stated on common questions
You need to contact our partner. Not the game or site or whatever is the 'final client' on the offer wall. You need to contact the partner that provides those offers by clicking the link for support that you'll find on the offerwall page!
