"Club temporarily unavailable" since 11 Dec.

Hi Admin,
One of my slot was under "Club temporarily unavailable" since 11 Dec. Seeing that almost all that I know have gotten back their access since the error that day, when will i get back access to my slot?
Pls act on this asap.
